At my Fitness Studio in Ludhiana, Punjab, I offer one-on-one training in authentic Muay Thai — the traditional style I learned through real experience in Thailand.
It’s not easy to find this kind of training here, which is why I built this space — to share what I’ve learned and help more people experience the real art of Muay Thai.
In each session, you’ll train footwork, striking, clinching, and defense — all in a focused, one-on-one setting. The goal is to help you build real skill, strength, and confidence through authentic Muay Thai.

Hi, I’m Rattandeep Singh - I’m a certified personal trainer and Muay Thai fighter.
I help people get stronger, feel better in their bodies, and enjoy the process along the way.
Some people come to lose weight. Others want to build muscle, move better, or just feel healthier and more confident.
With my background in Boxing and Muay Thai, I like to mix things up and keep training fun but focused.
